We’re Hiring: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Tooling & Motor ManufacturingExperience: 6+ Years | Immediate / Priority HiringWe are actively looking for a high-performing Senior Mechanical Design Engineer who can own tooling design and motor manufacturing challenges end-to-end. If you have deep hands-on expertise in SolidWorks, Creo, and Inventor and real shop-floor exposure to electric motor manufacturing, we want to talk to you.This is not a support role. You will drive design decisions, solve manufacturing problems, and work directly with tooling vendors and production teams.What You’ll Own- End-to-end mechanical and tooling design responsibility — concept to production - Complex 3D modeling, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks, Creo, and Inventor - Tooling design leadership: dies, molds, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and validation trials - Direct involvement in electric motor manufacturing - Stator & rotor design support - Winding, impregnation, balancing, and final assembly processes - Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA), tolerance stack-ups, and cost optimization - Hands-on support during prototypes, pilot builds, and production ramp-ups - Vendor coordination, tool trials, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement - Technical ownership in DFMEA, PFMEA, and design reviewsWhat We Expect From You- 6+ years of real, hands-on mechanical design experience (not just CAD operation) - Expert-level skills in SolidWorks, Creo, and Autodesk Inventor - Proven experience in tooling design and manufacturing problem-solving - Strong understanding of electric motor components and processes - Solid command of GD&T, materials, machining, casting, stamping, and sheet metal - Ability to work independently and make engineering decisions that stick⚡ You’ll Stand Out If You Have- Background in EV motors, automotive motors, or appliance motors - Experience driving manufacturing improvements or cost reduction - Exposure to automation, lean manufacturing, or high-volume productionWhy Join Us- High-ownership role with real technical influence - Work on core motor and tooling technologies, not peripheral tasks - Fast-paced environment with direct visibility to leadership - Competitive compensation for the right talent
