Company DescriptionGroup Bikaner Motors is a business house majorly having a portfolio of Automotive Dealerships (Mahindra SUVs & CV, Honda Cars & Renault), Auto Spare Parts Distribution with Hero Motocorp for western Rajasthan, Organising Experiential Events for many leading Auto OEMs and other Indiatries as well and an NBFC with over 800 people team strength present at multiple locations of Rajasthan, Delhi & Gurugram.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Group HR Head located in Gurugram. The Group HR Head will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, talent management, policy development, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The responsibilities will also involve developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, managing organizational culture, and providing guidance to the leadership team on HR matters. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with team members at all levels.Qualifications- Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee organizational HR operations effectively. - Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and experience in drafting and implementing HR Policies. - Expertise in Employee Relations, including handling workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. - Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities. - Proven experience in managing teams and working in a dynamic corporate environment. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Knowledge of the automotive or related industry is advantageous. - Strong command on excel based data analysis and hands on to implement HRMS. - Experience of 5 Years+ is must.
