The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, networks, and security systems while supporting day-to-day technical operations.Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory / Domain)- Monitor and maintain local servers, storage systems, and network devices- Provide timely end-user technical support (Windows OS, MS Office, Email, VPN, etc.)- Perform regular system backups and data recovery tasks- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment- Patch management and applying updates to OS and applications- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi and basic networking equipment- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticket resolution reports- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, AMC, and procurement- Assist in IT security compliance and antivirus management- Support setup for meetings, conferences, and events (projectors, Wi-Fi, VC tools)Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)- 1–2 years experience in system administration / desktop support / IT support- Good understanding of Windows OS environments and Microsoft Office applications- Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing)- Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting- Familiarity with Active Directory, domain join, and user management- Knowledge of backup tools and antivirus/security solutions- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills- Good communication and user-handling skills- Preferred / Good to Have- Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA A+ / Network+- Experience with servers or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)- Knowledge of CCTV, Biometric systems, and telephony support- Experience in IT compliance & documentationSoft Skills:- Problem solving attitude - Time management & prioritization - Team collaboration and coordination - Customer/End-user service mindset
