Job Title: Manager – Industry Relations & EventsLocation: BangaloreExperience: 5–10 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a high-energy relationship builder and event leader who can bring industry ecosystems to life. This role owns CXO engagement, partnerships, and flagship events that position the platform as a trusted and influential industry community.If you enjoy engaging with senior leaders, shaping industry conversations, and delivering high-impact events, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry & CXO Engagement- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, founders, GCC leaders, policymakers, and ecosystem partners. - Act as the face of the organization across industry forums, conferences, and leadership roundtables. - Drive long-term engagement with key stakeholders and partners.Event Strategy & Execution- Conceptualize and deliver conferences, summits, closed-door CXO forums, and workshops end-to-end. - Curate speakers, partners, and participants aligned to strategic themes and business objectives. - Own event planning including agendas, attendee journeys, and execution strategy.Partnership & Stakeholder Management- Manage sponsors, partners, and collaborators to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for flawless event delivery. - Ensure strong post-event engagement and relationship continuity.Measurement & Impact- Track outcomes, insights, and impact from every engagement and event. - Build structured feedback loops and engagement metrics to strengthen future initiatives.What You Bring- 5–10 years of experience in corporate events, community programs, leadership forums, or ecosystem platforms. - Strong experience managing B2B events and CXO-level stakeholders. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills. - Exposure to GCCs, HR ecosystems, technology, consulting, or industry platforms is a strong advantage.
