We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager for a leading System Integrator, specializing in Direct Sales for our Extra Low Voltage (ELV) division.The ideal candidate is a proven new-business hunter with strong technical expertise in ELV systems and a successful track record of closing high-value contracts in commercial, industrial, and residential markets.Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and client presentations to negotiations and final contract closure - Conduct site surveys to assess client needs and design integrated ELV solutions, including: CCTV & Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Public Address Systems, Structured Cabling. - Work closely with engineering and design teams to develop technical submittals, BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals - Manage tenders, RFQs, bid submissions, product specifications, and compliance documentation - Demonstrate strong understanding of IP-based security systems, network architecture, and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) - Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage - Build and sustain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users to drive repeat and referral business - Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIsSkills & Qualifications- Minimum 7 years of total sales experience, with at least 3 years in ELV / CCTV / Security Systems sales - Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales targets - Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, or Business/Marketing - Ability to lead teams, manage multiple large accounts, and prioritize high-value opportunities - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Contact - ashvita.jaiswal@
