Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Specialist to design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM analytics, data modeling, and advanced reporting capabilities, including AI/ML-driven insights.Key Responsibilities- Solution Design & Development - Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). - Design persona-based analytics solutions for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and HCM modules. - Integrate external datasets with Fusion subject areas for enriched reporting. - Manage Semantic Model Extensions. - Data Management - Build and optimize data models using Fusion and Non-Fusion Data. - Experience in Data Validation activities between Fusion and FDI/FAW. - Advanced Analytics - Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics using AI/ML capabilities within FDI. - Develop reusable Dashboards. - Collaboration & Support - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights. - Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and internal teams. - Administration - Provision FDI with JWT or Password based authentication - Security Setup (Custom/Out of the box) - Understanding of Full Semantic Model Extensions - Manage other admin activities.Required Skills & Qualifications- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, OAC, and OTBI. - Knowledge of Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM subject areas and out of the box artefacts. - Proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools (e.g., ODI, Informatica). - Experience in designing dashboards, KPIs, and real-time reporting solutions. - Familiarity with AI/ML integration in analytics platforms. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Preferred Certifications- Oracle certifications in Fusion Analytics or OAC. - Oracle Data Integrator 12c
