Role OverviewInfiniti Building Solutions Private Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager – Electronic Security Systems to drive project-based sales of enterprise-grade CCTV, VMS, and Access Control solutions. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep OEM knowledge, and proven experience handling large-value projects with consultants, PMCs, and end clients.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Project Sales- Drive end-to-end project sales for Electronic Security Systems including: - CCTV & Video Surveillance - Video Management Systems (VMS) - Access Control Systems - Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities across: - IT Parks & Commercial Buildings - Data Centers & Critical Infrastructure - Airports, Metro, Industrial & Campus Projects - Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned with annual targets.OEM & Solution Expertise- CCTV Systems: - Tyco, Hanwha, Bosch, Pelco, Axis, Honeywell - VMS Platforms: - Exacq, American Dynamics, Genetec, Milestone, AXIS Camera Companion - Access Control Systems: - Software House C•CURE 9000 - Genetec - Lenel - Pro-Watch - Position the right OEM solutions based on project specifications, compliance, and client requirements.Consultant & Stakeholder Management- Work closely with: - MEP / Security Consultants - PMCs - Architects & End Clients - Ensure inclusion of Infiniti and preferred OEMs in tender specifications. - Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and value engineering sessions.Bid Management & Commercial Closure- Lead the complete bid lifecycle: - RFQ/RFP analysis - Technical and commercial proposal preparation - Pricing strategy and negotiations - Coordinate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure accurate techno-commercial submissions. - Close high-value enterprise projects while maintaining margin objectives.Client Relationship & Account Management- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers. - Act as the primary interface during pre-sales and contract award stages. - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling ELV & Life Safety solutions.Market Intelligence & Strategy- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. - Provide inputs to management on product strategy and vertical focus. - Represent the company at industry forums, OEM events, and client meets.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation- B.Tech / BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering (Mandatory)Experience- 15+ years of experience in enterprise electronic security solution sales. - Proven track record in selling large-scale, consultant-driven projects. - Strong exposure to system integrators or OEM-driven solution sales. - Experience in handling complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.Key Skills & Competencies- Consultative and solution-oriented selling approach - Strong understanding of security architecture and system integration - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders - Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills - Results-driven with strategic mindsetWhy Join Infiniti Building Solutions?- Work with best-in-class global security OEMs - Opportunity to drive large, marquee projects - Leadership visibility and strategic sales role - Strong brand presence in ELV, Security & Life Safety domain
