This role functions as an integrator, problem solver, and force multiplier—driving execution of key initiatives while enabling the MD to focus on the company’s highest-priority strategic objectives.The role requires close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Research, Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Strategic Alignment• Serve as a strategic advisor to the MD by anticipating needs, managing priorities, and maintaining strategic focus.• Translate the MD’s vision into clear, measurable, and actionable plans for cross-functional leaders.• Prepare strategic documents, board presentations, investor communications, and executive updates.Cross-Functional Leadership• Drive alignment across executive leadership and enterprise functions.• Manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely delivery and measurable business impact.• Facilitate effective decision-making by integrating data, risks, and strategic recommendations.Business Strategy & Planning• Lead quarterly and annual business planning cycles.• Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis across financial and operating metrics.• Track performance against key organizational KPIs and align teams toward agreed outcomes.Operational Excellence• Improve organizational efficiency through process design and systemization.• Manage executive meeting cadence, business reviews, and leadership offsites.• Ensure disciplined follow-through on MD decisions and critical action items.Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives• Lead high-impact initiatives such as new product launches, channel expansion, digital transformation, or M&A integration.• Evaluate new growth opportunities and provide strong analytical input to strategic decisions.Stakeholder Management• Act as a key liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders including board members,investors, strategic partners, and senior leadership.• Ensure consistent, clear, and aligned communication on behalf of the MD.Qualifications & Experience• MBA from a top-tier institute or Chartered Accountant (CA).
