Job Title: Contract EngineerExperience: 5–10 YearsProject Type: Commercial / Hospital BuildingLocation: Ranchi, JharkhandIndustry: EPC Civil ConstructionKey Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and work orders for clients and subcontractors. - Interpret contract clauses, BOQ, specifications, and drawings to ensure contractual compliance. - Handle variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with Planning and Billing teams. - Support subcontractor onboarding, scope finalization, and rate negotiations. - Monitor contractual risks, delays, and potential disputes and prepare mitigation reports. - Coordinate with site, billing, and finance teams for timely certifications and payments. - Maintain contract documentation, correspondence, and MIS reports. - Assist in final account settlement and project close-out documentation.Desired Candidate Profile- 5–10 years of experience as a Contract Engineer / QS / Contracts Executive in EPC Building Projects. - Strong knowledge of contract management, tendering, BOQ, and billing coordination. - Experience in commercial or hospital construction projects preferred. - Good understanding of Indian contract practices and EPC project workflows. - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD, and ERP/Contract Management Systems.Preferred Skills- Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management - Claims & Dispute Handling Support - Risk & Compliance Management - Cost Control & Commercial Analysis - Strong Communication & Documentation SkillsContract Detailssankar.meikandan@95666 53511
