Our platform empowers brands and agencies with the full-stack creative workflow—from inspiration and competitive research to creative briefing, storage, and performance analysis—all in one place.As a Product Designer at Adnova, you’ll own the end-to-end product experience, not just screens.Core Responsibilities- Design intuitive, high-performance UX for complex SaaS workflows (dashboards, analytics, creative tools) - Translate vague ideas, product specs, and user pain points into clear user flows and UI - Work closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to ship fast - Design for power users (performance marketers, creative strategists) - Create and maintain design systems, components, and interaction patterns - Improve usability of data-heavy interfaces (tables, charts, filters, comparisons) - Participate in product discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI - Continuously refine UX based on real user feedback and usage patternsMust Have Skills- 3–8 years of experience designing B2B SaaS or data-heavy products - Strong UX thinking — you can explain why something should work a certain way - Excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy) - Experience with Figma - Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with imperfect specsWhy Join Adnova- Real ownership — your designs ship and get used - Work directly with the founder and decision-makers - Opportunity to seeing evolution from 1 - 10 - Health insurance for entire Family
