Hiring Now: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) & NERM Engineer – Epic ProvisioningIndustry: IT Services & ConsultingDepartment: Identity & Access Management / CybersecurityEmployment Type: Full-Time | PermanentDomain: Healthcare ITRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) & NERM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Epic provisioning and healthcare identity workflows. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions across SailPoint’s cloud ecosystem, with a strong focus on workforce identity, non-employee risk management, and Epic EHR access automation.The ideal candidate brings deep technical IAM expertise, healthcare domain understanding, and the ability to collaborate across security, IT, HR, and clinical teams.️ Key ResponsibilitiesSailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)- Design, implement, and support SailPoint ISC for user lifecycle management, access requests, birthright provisioning, and automated onboarding/offboarding. - Configure and maintain connectors including Epic EHR, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications. - Develop and maintain custom rules, transformations, roles, policies, and identity profiles. - Monitor and optimize certification campaigns, access request workflows, and SoD controls. - Troubleshoot provisioning failures, integration issues, and service disruptions.Non-Employee Risk Management (NERM)- Implement and support SailPoint NERM for contractors, vendors, students, affiliates, researchers, and other non-employees. - Configure NERM workflows for onboarding, sponsorship, approvals, compliance, and offboarding. - Build and manage non-employee identity profiles, intake forms, data ingestion pipelines, and integrations with HR or vendor systems. - Ensure strong governance, risk, and compliance for non-employee access.Epic Provisioning- Implement automated provisioning and de-provisioning for Epic EMP, SER, DEP, and related subsystems. - Integrate SailPoint with Epic security modules to automate roles, templates, and security class assignments. - Collaborate with Epic analysts to design role-based access aligned with clinical and operational workflows. - Troubleshoot Epic identity mismatches, provisioning errors, and access issues.General IAM Responsibilities- Partner with Security, IT, HR, Compliance, and Audit teams to align IAM strategy with organizational goals. - Support audits, access attestations, governance documentation, and regulatory reporting (HIPAA, SOX, ISO). - Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations. - Contribute to IAM roadmap planning, enhancements, and SailPoint upgrades.Required Qualifications- 3–7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). - 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). - Proven experience configuring and supporting SailPoint NERM. - Strong hands-on Epic provisioning experience, including: - EMP / SER records - Epic user templates - Role & security class design - IAM integrations with Epic - Proficiency with: - REST APIs - SCIM integrations - Identity lifecycle automation - Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and authentication services.⭐ Preferred Skills- SailPoint Professional / Engineer Certification. - Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Java. - Healthcare industry experience (clinical or operational). - Knowledge of ITIL framework and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira). - Experience with GRC, audits, and compliance frameworks.Soft Skills- Strong communication and technical documentation skills. - Ability to collaborate across clinical, business, and technology teams. - Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Key SkillsSailPoint ISC | NERM | Identity Governance | Epic Provisioning | IAM | Healthcare IT | Access Automation | SSO | MFA | AD | Azure AD | GRC | HIPAAHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume with: Sowmya Gottemukkula – sgottemukkula@; Jyothi Deevena – jdeevena@; Jacob Kevin Sampara – jsampara@; Sudip Chakravarty – SChakravarty@
