Title: Lead TM1 / Planning Analytics DeveloperLocation: Pune AND MumbaiExperience: 10+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics Developer to own and deliver end-to-end TM1 solutions supporting financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role works closely with Finance and Finance Systems teams to ensure stable operations, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of the TM1 platform.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end TM1 development, enhancements, and support. - Design and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, feeders, and Turbo Integrator (TI) processes. - Develop reports and input templates using PAW, PAX, and TM1 Perspectives. - Integrate TM1 with ERP systems, data warehouses, and other data sources. - Optimize system performance and ensure data accuracy and reconciliation. - Manage user security, access controls, governance, and audit requirements. - Provide user support, training, and documentation. - Drive automation and continuous improvements using SQL and Python.Required Experience & Skills- 7+ years in BI / Financial Systems with 5+ years of hands-on TM1 / Planning Analytics experience. - Strong expertise in TM1 development (cubes, rules, feeders, TI). - Advanced SQL skills; Python experience preferred. - Good understanding of finance concepts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). - Experience working directly with finance stakeholders.Good to Have- Python automation, TM1 REST API, data lakes. - Exposure to AI/ML forecasting, RPA, Power BI or Tableau.
