We partner with enterprises to modernize their data platforms using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and drive business value through trusted data.Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of cloud-native MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC). This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and the ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders in a consulting environment.The candidate will play a key role in solution architecture, delivery governance, team mentoring, and client success across MDM transformation programs.Key ResponsibilitiesMDM Solution Design & Delivery- Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS on the IDMC platform - Design scalable MDM architectures including: - Party, Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data domains - Match & Merge strategies - Hierarchies, relationships, survivorship, and data stewardship - Configure and optimize: - Business entities and data models - Match rules, cleanse rules, and survivorship rules - Inbound/outbound integrationsCloud & Integration- Work closely with Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) teams - Design integrations with source systems (ERP, CRM, legacy systems) and downstream consumers - Ensure secure, performant, and reliable data pipelines on IDMCTechnical Leadership- Act as technical lead across projects, guiding junior developers and leads - Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and best practice validations - Troubleshoot complex MDM, performance, and data issuesStakeholder & Client Management- Engage with client stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements - Drive solution walkthroughs, architecture reviews, and design sign-offs - Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and RFP responsesGovernance & Best Practices- Define MDM standards, frameworks, and reusable assets - Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance requirements - Support production deployment, hypercare, and operational readinessRequired Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills- 8+ years of experience in Informatica MDM, with strong exposure to MDM SaaS - Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) - Strong understanding of: - Match & Merge concepts - Data quality and survivorship - Hierarchies and relationships - Experience with CDI and CDQ - Strong SQL and data analysis skills - Experience working in a consulting or client-facing roleGood to Have- Experience with Informatica Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC) - Exposure to multi-domain MDM implementations - Agile delivery experience - Informatica certifications (MDM / IDMC)Soft Skills- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead teams and mentor junior members - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environmentsWhy Join LumenData?- Work on enterprise-scale MDM SaaS transformations - Deep specialization in Informatica ecosystem - Exposure to global clients and complex data landscapes - Strong learning, certification, and career growth opportunities
