As the company scales, we are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO to drive strategy execution, cross-brand alignment, and leadership accountability.The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring that decisions taken at the top are translated into clear priorities, structured execution, and measurable outcomes across all brands.Key Responsibilities1. CEO Office & Strategic Execution• Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution• Translate CEO vision and decisions into action plans, timelines, and ownership• Prepare briefs, dashboards, and decision memos for CEO review• Ensure follow-through on CEO directives across teams and brands2. Cross-Brand & Cross-Functional Alignment• Act as a coordination layer across:• Academy of Vedic Vidya (Sales, Academics, Marketing, Ops)• Treasures of Veda (D2C Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing, Exports)• Vandana Art Studio (launch planning, vendor curation, branding, ops)• Identify bottlenecks, overlaps, or execution gaps between teams• Drive alignment between functional heads and brand leaders3. Accountability & Performance Tracking• Track key initiatives, OKRs, and critical projects across the organisation• Follow up with senior managers on commitments and deadlines• Escalate risks, delays, or execution failures proactively• Ensure meetings convert into actions, not just discussions4. Special Projects & New Initiatives• Lead or support high-priority, sensitive, or complex projects, such as:• New brand launches (e.g., Vandana Art Studio)• Organisation restructuring• Incentive frameworks & policy rollouts• Process automation and system improvements• Operate hands-on where required to unblock progress5.
