This is an opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup environment where technology directly drives business impact.You will work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to build and enhance core platforms and internal tools.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end - Write clean, efficient, and scalable code - Participate in system design discussions and code reviews - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements - Learn and adopt best practices in software development and deployment - Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processesTechnical Skills Required- Strong fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms - Proficiency in at least one programming language: - Java / Python / JavaScript - Basic understanding of: - HTML, CSS, JavaScript - REST APIs - Databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB) - Good knowledge of OOPS and system fundamentals - Familiarity with Git / version control
