About Senara Industrial Parks Pvt. Ltd.Senara Industrial Parks is developing a portfolio of thoughtfully designed, Grade-A industrial and logistics parks in Tamil Nadu, with a focus on long-term asset quality, strong tenant fit, and disciplined leasing.Senara's current and near-term asset base represents ~1 million sq ft of Grade-A industrial and logistics development, with a clear roadmap for phased scale.We are looking to bring on a Leasing Lead to drive leasing outcomes for our current asset(s) and represent Senara across the industrial and logistics leasing ecosystem.Role OverviewThe Leasing Lead is a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for leasing execution. The role requires direct engagement with brokers, tenants, and internal teams, and carries meaningful responsibility for how Senara is positioned in the market.This role is suited for someone comfortable operating independently, exercising judgment, and driving transactions from first interaction through closure and handover.Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing Execution- Own end-to-end leasing execution for assigned assets, including broker engagement, tenant meetings, negotiations, and closures. - Build and manage strong relationships with leading industrial and logistics brokers across relevant micro-markets. - Represent Senara in tenant discussions and site walks, articulating asset strengths, design intent, and commercial structure. - Develop direct relationships with select tenants alongside broker-led sourcing. - Represent Senara at relevant industry forums (CII, sector associations) and engage with investment promotion agencies (JETRO, KOTRA, and similar bodies) to build relationships that support leasing outcomes.Deal Structuring & Closures- Lead commercial discussions and LOI negotiations, including rentals, lock-ins, escalations, exits, and BTS considerations. - Support BTS discussions with select tenants, including requirement scoping and commercial structuring. - Evaluate tenant profiles and deal structures with a long-term landlord perspective, balancing occupancy, value, and risk. - Drive transactions through execution in coordination with legal, projects, and operations teams.Asset Positioning & Market Intelligence- Plan and execute leasing-focused marketing activities, including collateral development, site signage, property portal listings, and broker engagement initiatives, coordinating with external vendors as needed. - Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across broker and tenant touchpoints. - Incorporate market feedback into leasing narratives and positioning to improve conversion quality. - Provide regular market feedback on competitor activity, rental benchmarks, and tenant trends to inform asset strategy and phasing.Profile & Experience- 8–12 years of experience in industrial, logistics, or warehousing leasing. - Proven track record of leasing Grade-A assets (single-tenant and/or multi-tenant). - Strong familiarity with broker-driven leasing markets in ChennaiStyle & Fit- Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor with clear responsibility. - Calm, credible, and commercially firm in negotiations. - Strong judgment and ability to represent the platform independently with brokers, tenants, and external stakeholders. - High integrity and a long-term view of asset value and platform reputation.Why This Role- Early leasing leadership role on a high-quality industrial platform - Direct responsibility for leasing outcomes and close access to founders - Opportunity to shape leasing strategy across ~1 million sq ft of phased development over the next 3-4 years
