Job Description (JD) – Accountant Position Title: Accountant Location: Gurugram Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month1. Position Summary We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial recording and reporting. The candidate must be proficient in Tally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and QuickBooks, and should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements.2. Key Roles & Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts on a day-to-day basis. Perform accounting entries including journal vouchers, expense booking, accruals, and adjustments. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including vendor/customer reconciliations. Conduct bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and periodic account reviews. Prepare and support monthly MIS reports, financial summaries, and management reporting requirements. Ensure correct accounting treatment and posting in Tally / Microsoft D365 / QuickBooks. Coordinate for documentation and support during internal/external audits, as required. Ensure adherence to internal controls and timely closure of accounting activities. Maintain proper documentation, records, and supporting schedules for all accounting transactions.3. Required Skills & Competencies Strong working knowledge of Accounting Principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Tally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), and QuickBooks (mandatory). Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting reconciliations. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and work independently. Good communication and coordination skills for internal and external stakeholder management.4. Educational Qualification Graduate in Commerce () or equivalent qualification (mandatory). / CA Inter / equivalent will be considered an added advantage.5. Reporting & Work Structure The Accountant will report to the Finance Manager / Accounts Head (as applicable). The role requires coordination with internal departments, vendors, customers, and auditors. 6.
