Position : Export Manager (logistics)Industry: ManufacturingLocation : Vasai/Borivali, MumbaiMonday to SaturdayResponsibility:- Export Licensing: Manage, apply for, and maintain all necessary export licenses, permits, and certifications required for shipping manufactured goods to various countries (e.g., BIS, EAR, ITAR, or specific country-level licensing). - Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all export activities comply with international trade laws, including tariffs, duties, and restrictions. - Documentation: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of essential export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and specialized certificates (e.g., Health Certificates, IEC, Free Sale Certificate). - Export Classification: Maintain and enforce accurate export classification (HTS codes) and classification processes for controlled goods. - Audits: Conduct internal audits of export procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Logistics & Operations Management- Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including booking, freight forwarding, shipping, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Liaise with customs brokers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies to ensure smooth customs clearance. - Optimize transport costs and delivery times.Interested candidates can share resume on zainab.malekpurwala@
