You will be required to have the ability to clearly articulate the rationale behind decisions.As the VP - Product Management, you will lead the product teams for our flagship product - Dhan which is built for Super Traders and Long-term Investors. We intend to hire individuals and leaders who will help Dhan maintain its edge in the industry as the most innovative and technology led trading platform, define and execute product roadmap for the organization that makes Dhan as the preferred choice for its target customers.Please note that this is a 100% hands-on and execution focussed role, and not a role to act as a strategist, project manager an or mentor to the existing team. You will work very closely with the leadership & founders of Raise, and even more closely with team members and most importantly our customers.Think out of the box, your role is not to design a standard FinTech product, your role is to put our customer first and solve for making their life easy. This role gives you freedom and ownership with the goal to keep our customers satisfied!Personality Traits you will need to have:- Min 15-year experience in consumer facing financial services that is driven by technology and product experience (hand-on experience as trader, or > 10 yrs in trading or broking experience is advantage) - Founder mindset! An ex-Founder who built and scaled a consumer business in the fintech domain is preferred, not mandatory. - Insanely good to user insights, user research and ability to propose and build product roadmap based on that. - Numbers & analytics – we absolutely admire them and as someone who leads products, you are expected to be great in this. - Be self-disciplined and incredibly passionate about building Dhan as market leader.Expected Responsibilities:- Define, develop and ‘fast’ execute product strategies that are aligned in the interest of our users – Super Traders and Long Term investors, in a way that makes Dhan the investing & trading platform of choice. - Along with the Founders -develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Dhan - In a fast-paced environment where we ship at a lightning speed you will be expected to be diligent as well as quick at the same time to build products and features that are well-crafted, designed and shipped in a highly iterative manner. - Talk to consumers, understand their requirements, orchestrate, launch and take feedback cycles of multiple features across product lines - Lead the product management team towards execution, drive a performance based culture with full ownership, responsibility and discipline.
