You will work across campaigns, content, launches, and brand systems, contributing creatively while owning coordination and delivery.This is a thinking role with high accountability where taste, opinions, and the ability to turn ideas into finished work are critical to the success of the role.What you’ll do- Own campaign development and execution across Cityflo’s business lines, ensuring a clear core message and strong translation across digital, offline, in-bus, and on-ground touchpoints. - Contribute to creative development through campaign ideas, content angles, and narratives that shape how Cityflo shows up across channels. - Manage key brand channels end to end and daily BAU systems, maintaining consistency, quality, and relevance across audiences and contexts. - Build, maintain, and apply Cityflo’s messaging framework across products, cities, and use cases. - Brief, manage, and own agency and vendor relationships across creative, PR, media, and influencers, with clear expectations on quality, timelines, and outcomes. - Act as a brand pulse custodian by tracking brand health metrics, customer sentiment, and qualitative feedback, and translating insights into actionables to improve perception and NPS. - Coordinate across teams of product, growth, ops, customer support, sales, and leadership to ensure clarity on priorities and smooth execution across cities.What we’re looking for- 4 - 6 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative roles. - Experience in consumer brands, mobility, D2C, or culture-led brands. - Strong creative instincts, where you can judge ideas, spot weak work, and articulate what needs to improve. - Comfortable with writing both creative and functional copy - briefs, ad copy, decks, articles, etc. - Process-oriented without being rigid, where you value structure because it protects creative quality. - Experience working with designers, videographers, agencies and writers, and have a strong understanding of quality creative work. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing quality. - High ownership and following things through end-to-end with minimal follow-upsNice to have- Exposure to integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and on-ground. - Some hands-on creative output in the past.
