The role requires a focus on employee engagement, managing HR processes during the night shift, and collaborating with management on strategic HR initiatives.Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies Expertise in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team collaboration Experience in handling on-site HR operations and addressing night shift employee needs Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus
