GBS Operations ManagerLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaWork Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST/6:30 PM - 3:30 AM as per DLS)Employment: Full TimeSkillset : ( must have ) : US onboarding, BGC, i9, E-verify, Payroll and post-onboarding experience.The Talent Experience Specialist - Onboarding is responsible for guiding pre-identified qualified candidates through the Payroll Solutions onboarding process. This person will be responsible for effectively managing the talent onboarding experience, guiding them through a successful orientation including welcome correspondence, legal forms, TAPA, compliance and I9 documents.Additional responsibilities will include:● Onboarding communications – written, calls and text (utilizing standardized templates where applicable)● Ordering and managing required screenings● Managing VMS activity where applicable● Tracker Management – documenting in real time● Managing eVerify and I9 compliance process with 100% accuracy● Proactively communicating with the talent and clients/internal partners during the onboarding process● Partner with appropriate parties to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues while meeting SLA’s ● Reviewing onboarding requests to ensure roles/job descriptions meet RSR guidelines for risk, geographic location, minimum wage and scope● Placing newly hired candidates on order and assignment, ensuring 100% accuracy in all O&A details Education● High school diploma or equivalent required / Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferredWork Experience● Minimum 8 year experience in payroll operations/HR/staffing/customer service required● Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutions is a plus Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities● Strong customer focus and customer service skills● Basic Payroll knowledge to include federal, state, county, city regulations pertaining to overtime, sick accruals/pay, civic obligations, paid time off, and taxes● Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPointProficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides● Excellent organizational, time management skills, verbal, and written communication skills● Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization● Possess strong problem solving skills● Detail oriented with a concern for continuous improvement● Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelySupervisory Responsibility Provides guidance, leadership, or training to other employees (no direct supervision)☐ ☒ No supervisory responsibility☐ Directly responsible for supervising non-exempt, clerical, or office administrative personnel☐ Directly responsible for supervising exempt, professional, or technical employees☐ Directly responsible for supervising supervisory/managerial employeesOrganizational Structure:● Job Title this position reports: Team Lead (Sr)● Job Titles directly reporting to this position: N/A● Job Titles indirectly reporting to this position (e.g. Titles reporting to position's subordinates): N/A KPIs for Promotion to Talent Experience Specialist II:● 95% compliance rating (I9s, Screenings, Background Checks, Customer-specific documents) for a minimum of most recent two consecutive quarters● Time to Hire within 5 days without background check; 10 days with background check● Successfully complete at least three of the preapproved leadership activities as discussed in Great Conversations● Tenure – At least 12 months tenure in role and/or Manager recommendationAdditional Responsibilities for Talent Experience Specialist II:● Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new hires● Own tools, resources, and central repository items i.e. templates, microsites, autocrat, etc. KPIs for Promotion to Sr Talent Experience Specialist:● 95% compliance rating (I9s, Screenings, Background Checks, Customer-specific documents)● Time to Hire within 5 days without background check; 10 days with background check● Successfully complete at least three of the preapproved leadership activities as discussed in Great Conversations● Tenure – At least 24 months tenure with Randstad and/or Manager recommendation● Demonstrated Leadership ability as evidenced by coaching and monitoring calls and email correspondence for quality assurance, serving as a mentor, showcasing initiative in continuous improvement efforts, escalation calls, etc.Additional Responsibilities for Sr Talent Experience Specialist:● Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new hires● Own tools, resources, and central repository items i.e. templates, microsites, autocrat, etc.● Serve as SME and demonstrate ownership of varying duties i.e. Job Shadow Program, Mentor Program, Billing Processes, Engagement, UI Testing, etc.● Work closely with Team Lead to create and maintain resources, documents, and best practices● Participates in creating, documenting and delivering content to new employees as well as refresh training to current staff when requested
