Candidates with notice period won't be considered.Job Responsibilities: To ensure optimum Utilization of resources across Business Lines in the Organization and provide insights into their workloads, availability, Project time, requirements, skills. Keep a close track on Demand fulfillment and expedite hiring for critical demands. Proactively plan for fulfillment by closely monitoring demand & supply. Update Business on availability and supply of talent from the market. Ensure all the resources are allocated and extended timely and engaged in Projects. To determine training needs of resources, especially low performers and create development plans with competency. To track optimization of Pyramid and costs on Projects to improve margins. Track and close the action items with PDs for cost Optimization. Influence & manage direct cost through maintenance of Pyramid. Timesheet Management and tracking. Fresher hiring planning, training and their deployment. Define processes for new initiatives and orchestrate the process when new companies merge. Work with Delivery Project Managers, Directors and Skill Heads to identify appropriate resource requirements for each project. Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities as they relate to resourcing. Monitor day to day project resourcing, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with Delivery and solve those issues Arrange weekly meetings with the Project Management team to discuss all Open demands and resolve any outstanding issues. Receive, analyze and report on weekly utilization reports to Delivery Real time tracking of bench resources and open Demands Track performance related concerns of resources, discuss and close with HR. Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members. Prepare necessary Data Reports as & when required. Participate in all the Audits and ensure zero defects and no NCs are observed. Drive change Management and orchestrate New Process release, Process Improvisation and Evolvement Enable mobilization of Resource requirements proactively (Allocation & De-allocation) in a unified manner. Work with L&D & Competency to manage up-skilling/re-skilling/cross-skilling of resources as per Business needs. Managing resources for Investment Projects or Projects undertaken for purposes of Business Development Enable Rotation of resources : Onsite/Offsite or across Geographies, Managing rotations for planned resource enrichmentSkills Required : Excellent communication and networking skills Strong Process orientation with ability to take up independent charge and perform. Team Handling and controlling Escalation Management Change ManagementQualifications Required : Graduate/ Postgraduate in any stream. Total experience of 5-6 years in RM capacity preferred with team handling experience. MS Excel and MS Project experience Experience of participating in Project Review meetings, analyzing resource status on the projects & resolving issues & escalations.
