Company: Accric Infotek Pvt LtdLocation: Noida / PAN India (Hybrid / Field-based as applicable)Experience: 1–4 YearsIndustry: IT Consulting | Cyber Security Audits | Compliance ServicesEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAccric Infotek Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue for our consulting and certification services including ISO, ISMS, PCI DSS, audits, and compliance solutions.Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals - Understand client needs related to ISO certifications, audits, and consulting services - Pitch company services via calls, meetings, and presentations - Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups in coordination with internal teams - Negotiate commercials and close deals within defined timelines - Maintain lead and opportunity data in CRM - Coordinate with consulting and operations teams for smooth client onboarding - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referralsRequired Skills- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Experience in B2B service sales - Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing ability - Working knowledge of MS Office; CRM experience preferred - Self-motivated and able to work independentlyQualifications- MBA (Sales/Marketing)/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fieldExperience- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales - Experience in IT services, consulting, ISO certification, or compliance domain preferred - Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
