We are looking for a Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale education and skilling programs. This role is fully accountable for program outcomes and involves close collaboration with government bodies, academic institutions, industry partners, and internal teams.You will play a critical role in driving outreach, ensuring program delivery excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and exceeding program goals related to scale, training quality, and placements.Key Responsibilities:Stakeholder & Partner Management:- Manage relationships with government stakeholders, academic institutions, sponsors, and industry partners - Drive outreach initiatives to onboard institutions and increase student participation - Coordinate with institutional SPOCs to plan and execute beneficiary engagement - Prepare and share regular program updates and impact reports with stakeholders - Identify long-term collaboration opportunities and showcase program success storiesProgram & Team Management:- Lead decentralized, cross-functional teams including program coordinators, placement officers, and master trainers - Monitor progress through weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews to ensure milestones are met - Anticipate risks and proactively address challenges to keep programs on track - Design workflows, training plans, and monitoring frameworks to drive outcomes - Manage resource planning, utilization, and recruitment as required - Own program branding and support social media and outreach initiativesOutcome & Performance Management:- Define program-level and individual-level KPIs aligned to outreach, training, and placement goals - Track performance against metrics and continuously optimize strategy to exceed targets - Ensure delivery excellence across training duration, methodology, and placement outcomesReporting & Reviews:- Establish reporting structures and ensure timely submission of daily/periodic reports - Consolidate program data into meaningful insights for sponsors and leadership - Lead internal and external program review meetings - Highlight success stories and impact narratives for stakeholder communicationQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Business from a reputed institution - Master’s degree in Social Work, MBA, or Project Management is a plus - 4–5 years of relevant experience managing large programs, government partnerships, or academic collaborations - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding program goalsSkills & Attributes:- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language preferred) - Outcome-driven and detail-oriented - Excellent stakeholder and people management skills - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast-paced environments - Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams - Strong time management, budgeting, and planning capabilities - High ethical standards and integrityWhy Join Us?- Opportunity to lead high-impact national programs - Work closely with government, academia, and industry - High ownership, visibility, and decision-making authority - Purpose-driven role with measurable social impact
