As a Senior Manager, Retail you'll be responsible for building Cohoma's retail and experiences vertical in modern trade across India. In this role, you'll interact with leaders across modern trade chains, driving sales via innovative formats, focused on democratising great coffee!Key Responsibilities: Owning the sales & growth target for Modern Trade as well as Shop in Shop kiosks Hiring and training of relevant staff in line with our philosophy of great coffee made easy (Critical). Ensuring adequate stocking and proper merchandizing. Building relationships at the central and store level to ensure seamless execution. Ensuring payables remain in check Building and managing a team to ensure target delivery and strong customer experience. Supporting expansion into new store locations and chains in select cities to maximize marketshare in that geography Strong customer orientation to drive recommendation-based sellingKey Skills / Experiences that we look for: Prior sales experience in retail and FMCG - REQUIRED. In-depth experience of Modern Trade - REQUIRED Sales orientation and proven track record of delivering numbers. STRONG communication and conversational skills (interpersonal skills) – REQUIRED. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint including data analytics. Prior team building and team management experience.
