The company strives to deliver innovative and desirable motorcycles to passionate riders worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Buyer at Global Purchasing office based in Gurugram, India.This role will manage domestic & overseas procurement activities like MRP planning, scheduling and expediting deliveries from our Global supply chain and ensure timely delivery of required materials for our Global factoriesThe Supply Chain Buyer will be responsible for managing procurement activities for a given categories of parts, monitoring supplier performance, developing,maintaining strong vendor relationships and analyzing supply chain data to optimize processes. The role has to ensure complaince with Triumph Procurement Policies and work closely with internal teams to achieve higher operational efficiencies.Qualifications & Experience- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain or related field. - 3 -6 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement in any Two-wheeler industry , Automotive industry &/ or its supplier base landscape. - Rich experience in MRP planning, schedulingand and inventory management. - Analytical and Data Analysis skills to assess performance and optimize supply chain processes. - Vendor Relationship Management and strong negotiation skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance - Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and procurement relevant software - Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
