We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our Salesforce Services Practice. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record in driving growth and developing client relationships.- Role: Senior Technical Sales Leader - Location: Mumbai - Experience: 15 to 20 years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Sales Leadership: - Collaborate & work closely with India Leadership Team & India Client Partners in India Geo to farm & mine, large existing accounts in BFSI Space. - Lead the sales efforts for Salesforce-based services, including consulting, implementation, managed services, and optimization, targeting both new and existing clients. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market share and meet revenue targets within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Drive technical sales activities in the Salesforce services space, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship-building, and sales cycles management. - Partner with internal Salesforce experts to craft tailored proposals, define solutions, and close high-value deals. - Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring successful sales and relationship growth. - Client Engagement & Solution Selling: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries, including but not limited to, financial services, healthcare, retail, and technology. - Understand the client’s business goals, challenges, and vision to recommend the most suitable Salesforce solutions. - Collaborate with pre-sales teams to deliver impactful presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to client needs. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Salesforce solutions and services to existing clients. - Sales Strategy & Execution: - Develop and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and follow-through on high-potential opportunities. - Leverage market intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities. - Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to leadership. - Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to generate leads, create go-to-market strategies, and develop sales collateral. - Actively contribute to the development of Salesforce services and offerings, based on customer feedback and market trends. - Team Collaboration & Development: - Work closely with delivery teams (consultants, project managers, and solution architects) to ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery. - Mentor and support junior sales staff and team members, sharing best practices, providing guidance, and contributing to the overall success of the sales organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.Expertise You'll Bring- 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services industry, with at least 4 years of focused sales experience in Salesforce services. - Sales Expertise: Proven track record in driving revenue growth and successfully selling enterprise-level services or solutions, particularly in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and/or other Salesforce offerings). - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, their business applications, and how they can drive transformation across various industries. - Sales Strategy: Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, lead complex sales cycles, and negotiate large-scale deals. - Client Focused: Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and offer solutions that deliver measurable results. - Leadership & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, clients, and executive stakeholders. - Business Acumen: Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to understand and present value propositions in terms of ROI and business impact. - Technical Savvy: Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and enterprise software solutions, with the ability to converse with both business and technical stakeholders. - Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. - Experience working with large, complex global enterprises or Fortune 500 clients. -
