Hiring: Sr. Admin Manager | BangaloreFlatworld Solutions is looking for a seasoned Sr. Admin Manager to lead our administrative operations and facility excellence in Bangalore .We need a powerhouse professional who can balance strategic infrastructure management with the hands-on operational demands of a 24/7 global tech environment.As a key leader in our Bangalore office, you will ensure our facility supports a high-performing workforce while maintaining strong relationships with local statutory bodies.Key Responsibilities1. Operational & Facility Excellence- Facility Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations across India locations to ensure a "seamless flow" for our tech and BPO operations. - Vendor Ecosystem: Lead vendor identification, onboarding, and performance management. Negotiate contracts for maximum cost-efficiency. - Budgeting: Manage the administrative budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation2. Documentation & Compliance- Liaisoning: Act as the primary point of contact for local government agencies and statutory bodies in Karnataka. - Legal Documentation: Oversee administrative legalities, including the review of service agreements, NDAs, and facility-related contracts. - Regulatory Oversight: Ensure the company remains compliant with local labor laws and BPO-specific regulations.Candidate Profile- Experience: Minimum 12 -15 years of experience in administrative leadership (Candidates with 15+ years will be prioritized for senior leadership consideration at a later stage). - Education: LLB (Law graduate) preferred. - Linguistic Versatility:Kannada: Full professional fluency is mandatory for effective Liaisoning with local Governement authorities.English: Good written and spoken communication skills for stakeholder management.- Industry: Experience in the BPO/KPO or ITES industry is highly preferred.Why Join Flatworld Solutions?Flatworld Solutions is a global giant in the outsourcing space.
