Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Lead AI Engineer to drive AI solution design and delivery for cutting-edgeprojects at the intersection of data intelligence, robotics, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead AIarchitecture, mentor team members, and collaborate across product and engineering teams to deliverscalable, production-grade systems.Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, IndiaExperience: 4–6 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeTechnical Leadership:- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML models and systems. - Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines and real-time inference solutions. -Drive model optimization for edge or embedded deployments (e.g., robotics or Industrial IoT - scenarios). -Stay updated with state-of-the-art methodologies and integrate best practices into development - workflows.Development & Implementation:-Build, evaluate, and tune machine learning and deep learning models using Python and frameworks - such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. -Implement solutions for computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, or - other AI domains based on product needs. -Integrate AI/ML modules into cross-platform systems such as cloud infrastructure or on-device - inference.Team Collaboration:-Mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and data scientists throughout the software lifecycle. -Partner with product management, embedded systems, and robotics teams to turn requirements into - solutions. -Define code quality standards, CI/CD practices, and ensure robust testing protocols.Operational Excellence:-Conduct code and model reviews to ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance. -Monitor model performance in production and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness. - Participate in architectural decision making aligned with business objectives.Technical Skills- Strong programming experience in Python. -Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, validation, and deployment - workflows. -Proficiency with ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn. -Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation metrics. -Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps practices. - Preferred -Experience with computer vision (e.g., OpenCV) or NLP. -Exposure to embedded AI, robotics platforms, or edge deployment. -Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
