Experience: 18+ YearsRole Type: Senior Leadership | Large Programs & Multi-Account DeliveryAbout the OrganizationONE OF THE LARGEST IT SERVICES ORGANIZATION WITH GLOBAL PRESENCE.Role OverviewThe IT Infrastructure Delivery Head will lead multiple large-scale programs and strategic customer engagements (~USD 50M ACV), acting as the executive face of the organization for key accounts.This leader will manage ~1000 professionals, oversee complex transformation programs, and drive delivery excellence across Cloud, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Operations, Security, AMS, and Managed Services engagements.Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery for multiple strategic accounts and large programs with CXO-level engagement - Own end-to-end delivery across Cloud migrations, DevOps/SRE transformations, Infra modernization, Managed Services, and security operations - Drive service governance, SLA management, and master incident management across long-term operations programs - Mentor and coach senior delivery and program leadership teams - Anticipate risks, proactively resolve issues, and strengthen client relationships - Drive account growth, renewals, and farming opportunities - Ensure program profitability, contractual compliance, quality, and financial governance - Oversee program launches from transition through steady-state operations - Build executive dashboards for delivery health, KPIs, and operational metrics - Promote innovation, automation, and continuous improvement - Build talent pipelines, certification programs, and leadership succession - Foster a strong culture of documentation, knowledge management, and operational excellence - Align multiple business units to deliver integrated value - Ensure budgets, timelines, and service commitments are consistently metSkills & Experience- 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Technology Delivery - Currently operating as Program Head / Delivery Director / VP managing large Managed Services portfolios or multi-account engagements - Strong background in: - Cloud Transformation (AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI) - DevOps & SRE models - Enterprise Infrastructure stacks - Managed Services & AMS Operations - Security & Compliance - Proven experience managing $40M+ programs and large global teams - Strong CXO-level stakeholder management capability - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed institution
