About the Role:We’re looking for a passionate and creative Video Editor Intern/Full Time(social media manager)to help grow our YouTube channel! This is a hands-on opportunity for someone eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to a channel focused on finance (faceless videos) and other trending, future-proof content formats.If you love editing, storytelling, and staying ahead of digital trends, this role is perfect for you.Do Not Apply if you are not based in Bangalore.What You’ll Do:- Edit engaging, high-quality videos for YouTube (finance explainers, trending topics, and more). - Work on faceless video formats using B-roll, motion graphics, text overlays, and stock footage. - Ensure videos are optimized for retention, viewer engagement, and platform trends. - Collaborate on ideas, formats, and styles to keep content fresh and relevant. - Assist with basic thumbnail design and video publishing tasks.What We’re Looking For:- Basic to intermediate skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva,DaVinci Resolve, or similar). - Understanding of YouTube’s visual style, pacing, and audience retention strategies. - Creativity and a willingness to try new editing styles and formats. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Interest in finance, trends, and digital content is a plus. - No professional experience required—show us your passion and potential!What You’ll Gain:- Real-world experience building and growing a YouTube channel. - Mentorship and creative freedom to develop your editing style. - Portfolio-building projects in finance and trending video content. - Monthly stipend and potential for future opportunities.
