Senior SAP GRC ConsultantHyderabad, IndiaFull TimeGETR Inc. (Candidates with an immediate or a maximum 30 days notice period only. **Must Have:At least 10+ years experience in SAP GRC Module (Access Control)Strong experience with SPRO, BRF+, MSMP workflow, and connector configurationNotice Period : The candidate must join within a maximum of 30 days.Budget : Maximum CTC ₹30-33 LPAKey Responsibilities:Lead or support end-to-end implementation/configuration of SAP GRC module (Access Control) and day-to-day GRC maintenance.Translate security requirements into technical design specifications and system configurations.Integrate SAP GRC with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP S/4,SAP HCM, Fiori).Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployment of new GRC functionalities.Resources work remotely; no on-site support is required.Configure SAP GRC Access Control components including:- Access Risk Analysis (ARA) - Emergency Access Management (EAM / Firefighter) - Access Request Management (ARM) - Business Role Management (BRM)Maintain and optimize rule sets, mitigating controls, workflows, and user provisioning.Work closely with Developers/or be able to enhance (preferred) custom ABAP code, user exits, BADIs, and enhancement spots related to GRC modules or security requirements.Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP tools (SAP Query, Fiori).Design and implement automation scripts for user provisioning, role assignment, and audit reporting.Provide L2/L3 support for GRC-related incidents and enhancements.Conduct periodic system health checks, performance monitoring, and log analysis.Develop and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and configuration guides.Required Skills:- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (12. xversion). - Experienced in ABAP coding for SAP GRC systems preferred. - Strong experience with SPRO, BRF+, MSMP workflow, and connector configuration. - Background in SAP Security (role design, authorization concepts, SU24,SU53). - Experience integrating GRC with S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, CUA and SAP HCM systems. - Proven participation in at least one full-cycle GRC implementation project. - Good communication skills in English, verbally and in written. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. - SAP certification in GRC Access Control or SAP Security preferred.
