On successful completion of internship with good performance, feedback and based on business needs, you will be absorbed as a permanent employee as deemed fit with an annual CTC of Rs 4.5 LPA (3.5 LPA (Fixed)+1 LPA (Performance Incentive)).Note: You must be flexible to work in rotational and weekend shifts, including early (5:30 AM–3:30 PM), general (9:00 AM–6:30 PM), and night shifts (8:30 PM–5:30 AM). Early shifts are assigned for one week each month, and night shifts for one month every 3 months. Shift allowances are provided: ₹350 for night and early shifts, and ₹250 for weekend shifts.
