Accelerate your career with JK Fenner.Position DetailsJob Title : Engineering Services ManagerLocation : Hyderabad – Patancheru PlantQualification : B.Tech / Diploma - Electrical & Electronics EngineeringExperience: 15+ YearsJob Description:- Monitoring the Preventive Maintenance Plan and practices while handling breakdown maintenance with analysis and corrective actions, along with effective spares management for all maintenance activities. - Initiatives to reduce MTTR and to improve MTBF - Maintenance of machinery and developing procedures for preventive, predictive and time based maintenance. - Execution of Predictive Maintennace techniques for critical Machines. Annual maintenance of HT & LT Operations - Monitoring Operation and Maintenace of Effluent and sewage treatment plants - Ensured departmental safety compliance while identifying energy‑saving and upgradation needs, and preparing budgets for electrical SSRM and major overhauls.Must have skills:- Strong understanding of HT & LT Operations, Control circuits, PLC, HMI, IOT, SCADA - Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) knowledge and implementation exposure. - Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards. - Application of SMED techniques to reduce changeover time. - Implementation of 5S workplace organization practices - Knowledge of EnMS 50001 energy management systems. - Exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) frameworks. - Learnings from ACMA developmental programs aimed at operational excellence.At JK Fenner, we believe in fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork and excellence.
