This is a chance to build something from the ground up, to define our brand in a new market, and to be at the forefront of the AI revolution in marketing.Your Mission: Architect Our Growth EngineAs our first senior marketing hires, based out of the high-tech Hyderabad office, you will be the architect of our growth engine. You will have the keys to the kingdom, with the autonomy to build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy from scratch. You will be a player-coach, a strategist, and a doer. One day you’ll be whiteboarding our go-to-market strategy, the next you’ll be in the trenches, launching campaigns and writing copy. You will also lead a small, but nimble team, and have the ability to learn from F500 C-suite leaders who have been leaders in their field.This is a role for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, who is obsessed with growth, and who wants to make a real impact. You will be responsible for:- Building the Playbook: You will own the entire marketing funnel in India, from awareness to acquisition, and all the way to advocacy. You will define our strategy across all channels, including: - Content & SEO/GEO: Make turgo.ai a trusted authority in the AI and marketing space. - Demand Generation & Paid Media: Drive a predictable pipeline of high-quality leads. - Lifecycle & Email Marketing: Nurture our leads and customers, turning them into raving fans. - Influencer & Community Marketing: Build a tribe of followers and advocates. - Sales Enablement: Arm our sales team with the content and tools they need to win. - Being the Voice of the Customer: You will be our ears to the ground, deeply understanding the culture, the market, and the customer. You will ensure our message resonates and our brand is loved. - Running with It: We’re not going to micromanage you. We’re going to give you the resources and support you need, and then we’re going to get out of your way. You’re a creative problem-solver who can turn constraints into opportunities. - Obsessed with Growth: You’re a data-driven marketer who is constantly testing, learning, and optimizing.
