We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who can scale revenue through paid channels while working closely with creative, content, and product teams. This role demands strong execution, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.Role Mandate- Own D2C net revenue & gross margin - Build a repeatable, predictable monthly growth engine - Scale D2C to ₹2 Cr+ monthly run-rate in 2026 with healthy unit economics - Reduce revenue volatility through hero SKUs and always-on growth structuresKey ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Revenue Growth- Own and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads - Manage and optimize high-budget ad accounts with clear ROAS targets - Build, test, and iterate ad funnels for D2C and marketplace brands - Drive full-funnel growth: acquisition → conversion → retentionAnalytics & Optimization- Track performance using GA4, conversion events, and attribution - Analyze CAC, ROAS, AOV, and funnel drop-offs - Continuously optimize landing pages, creatives, and hooks - Creative & Copy Collaboration - Write high-converting ad copies and hooksMarketplaces & Scaling- Scale Amazon ads and listings for revenue growth - Optimize PPC, listings, and conversion for marketplaces - Launch and scale new brands from 0 → revenueRequired Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google & Amazon Ads - Proven ability to scale campaigns with measurable ROI - Solid understanding of GA4 & performance tracking - Creative + analytical thinking (rare but essential) - D2C / consumer brand exposure preferred
