The role requires a sharp, execution-focused leader who has built SEO as a predictable, scalable revenue channel in e-commerce or high-consideration consumer businesses.You will operate as a business owner for organic growth, partnering closely with Product, Tech, Content, and Category teams to ensure SEO directly impacts revenue, conversion, and customer trust—not just rankings.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganic Revenue Ownership & Growth- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual organic traffic and revenue targets - Drive growth across category pages, PLPs, PDPs, and content-led funnels - Improve organic conversion rate (CVR), AOV, and revenue contribution - Act as the single-point owner for SEO performance and outcomesSEO Strategy & Execution Excellence- Own end-to-end SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page, content, and off-page - Build scalable keyword & search demand frameworks mapped to business categories - Lead EEAT-led content strategy for high-consideration purchases - Stay ahead of algorithm updates and competitive SEO movementsCross-Functional Collaboration- Work with Content teams on SEO-first editorial planning and quality benchmarks - Partner with Performance Marketing to align paid + organic demand capture - Collaborate with Category & Merchandising teams on prioritization of high-value pages - Coordinate with Analytics teams on reporting and attributionData-Driven Leadership- Define and track key KPIs including:Organic sessions & revenueKeyword visibility & rankingsCVR, AOV, and assisted conversionsPage-level performance & funnel drop-offs- Build dashboards and establish structured review cadences - Use data for forecasting, experimentation, and prioritizationTeam Leadership & Capability Building- Build and lead high-performing SEO, content, and agency teams - Establish clear ownership, accountability, and execution rigor - Drive continuous capability building across:Technical SEOContent quality & EEAT standardsCRO & SEO experimentationSEO tools and analytics (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush)What We're Looking For- 6–12 years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth, with strong e-commerce exposure - Proven track record of scaling organic revenue, not just traffic - Deep expertise in technical SEO for large or complex websites - Strong understanding of EEAT, content authority, and trust-led SEO - Experience working closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams - Data-driven mindset with strong command of SEO and analytics tools - AI enthusiast with a practical, business-first approach to applying AI in SEOGood To Have- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, jewellery, or high-consideration e-commerce - Exposure to global markets (US, GCC, SEA) - Experience with Shopify / headless commerce / marketplace modelsHow This Role Should Feel“I own organic revenue.
