Manager – Talent Management (Manufacturing / Food Processing)Location :Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh (On-site, manufacturing plant)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Talent Management professional to build and drive end-to-end talent strategies for a fast-growing manufacturing setup. This role will play a critical part in shaping performance culture, leadership capability, and employee engagement in a greenfield environment.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive talent management framework - Lead performance management, goal setting, and appraisal processes - Drive learning & leadership development programs - Support talent acquisition in collaboration with HRBPs - Develop succession plans, HiPo identification, and career pathways - Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives - Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with growth goals - Support culture building, change management, and D&I initiativesQualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 6–10 years of experience in Talent Management / OD - Mandatory experience in manufacturing or plant-based environments - Exposure to food manufacturing is a strong advantage - Proven experience in building HR/talent frameworks - Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsIf interested please share your updated CV to nishanthi@
