We are an implementation partner for NSE and BSE for Investor Awareness Programs, working extensively in financial literacy, CSR projects, and youth up-skilling across India.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Fellow – Team Lead / Project Operations to support and manage our evening internship program, which runs in structured monthly batches. Each batch consists of 6–8 teams, coordinated through Team Leaders.The Fellow will assist the Batch Leader in managing end-to-end operations — from onboarding to completion — ensuring smooth execution and high engagement.Note: This role is open to freshers only, with prior internship experience mandatory.Key Responsibilities- Conducting and managing regular meetings with Team Leaders - Assigning tasks and monitoring work progress - Supporting smooth execution of internship batches - Coordinating CSR projects with clients and internal teams - Handling operations, reports, and data - Occasional tele-calling with interns for coordination and follow-ups - Actively working on controlling internship dropouts - Taking ownership of new projects when assigned - Timely reporting and updates to the reporting managerRequired / Desired Skills- Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Google Drive - Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day operations - Professional email handling and communication skills - Strong follow-up and coordination abilities - Positive attitude with a “never give up” approach - Capable of being strict when needed and supportive when required to drive team performance - High ownership, discipline, and accountabilityEligibility Criteria- Freshers only (prior internship experience required) - Education: BBA / MBA / (pursuing or completed) - 0–1 year experience - EdTech or internship management experience preferred - Available remotely from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM - Must have a laptop and broadband support - Strong soft skills and ability to motivate teams - Proactive mindset with an “Always Yes” attitudeWhat You Gain- Hands-on exposure to team leadership and operations - Experience in CSR, EdTech, and financial literacy projects - Performance-based incentives - Job opportunity after successful fellowship completion - Strong foundation for careers in operations, HR, EdTech, and project management
