Position: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant, SFSF & BIBWork Location: 100% Remote – IndiaDuration: 12 Months Contract with a possibility of an extensionRequired Skills/Experience:Configure and support Employee Central core modules, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Data Models.Manage employee lifecycle events such as hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and position changes.Configure workflows, alerts, and business rules to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Support Position Management and Organizational structures.Configure SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data replication between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ERP / S/4HANA.Set up and manage replication scenarios for Employee, Organizational, and Compensation data.Execute initial loads and delta replications, ensuring data integrity and synchronization.Monitor replication processes, analyze logs, and resolve errors in BIB monitoring tools and SLG1.Map EC fields and MDF objects to SAP ERP infotypes or S/4HANA objects.Maintain value mappings, code translations, and transformation templates.Handle custom MDF object replication and enhancements to standard BIB templates.
