Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will work closely with the DOP, Creative & Marketing Leads, and Production team to translate concepts into impactful visual stories. You will take ownership of end-to-end video editing, mentor junior editors when required, and ensure delivery of high-quality content that aligns with brand and creative standards.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently handle end-to-end video editing from raw footage to final outputAnalyze scripts and raw footage to make informed shot selections based on storytelling, pacing, and continuityOrganize, trim, and sequence footage into compelling narrativesIntegrate music, sound design, dialogues, motion graphics, animations, and visual effectsDeliver polished rough cuts and final edits within agreed timelinesEnsure high-quality transitions, color consistency, and audio-visual balanceProvide creative inputs and recommendations to enhance video quality and engagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders during production and post-production cyclesStay updated with emerging editing tools, workflows, and industry best practicesKey Requirements4–6 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong professional portfolioAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut ProStrong understanding of storytelling, pacing, continuity, and visual compositionHands-on experience with motion graphics, special effects, compositing, and basic 3D workflowsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independentlyStrong creative judgment and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience in branding, digital marketing, gaming, or media production environmentsKnowledge of color grading tools (DaVinci Resolve or equivalent)Experience working with social media, promotional, or long-form content
