SAP Data & Integration Consultant (SAP – Mulesoft – Conga)Freelance / Long-Term ContractOverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP Data & Integration Consultant to support data corrections, data migration activities, and interface stabilisation between SAP, Mulesoft, and Conga within a complex commercial systems landscape. This is a long-term freelance contract role, and pharmaceutical / life sciences project experience is highly preferred. The consultant will play a key role across mock data loads, end-to-end testing, dress rehearsals, and deployment preparation.Key ResponsibilitiesData Corrections & Data QualityCorrect product hierarchies for manually loaded third-party products lacking valid hierarchiesPerform data re-push activities following system refreshes to synchronise corrected data and current-wave affiliate data between source and target systemsData Loading & MigrationSupport data loading from SAP to Conga via interfaces for:Mock Data Load 1Mock Data Load 2Deployment End-to-End TestingDress RehearsalExecute manual data reloads and validation (e.g. post-migration) for:ProductsPrice List ItemsAccountsInterface StabilisationAnalyse and fix interface bugs related to Products, Accounts, and Price List ItemsContribute to development of small enhancements / new interface featuresWork closely with Mulesoft, Commercial Database, and Conga teams to prepare interfaces for production readinessFacilitate troubleshooting calls, gather technical information, share API details, and raise/manage Jira tickets through to resolutionData Validation & Testing SupportPerform SuperCompany data validations and facilitate automated executionProvide ad-hoc testing support by supplying data and assisting Mulesoft, Commercial Database, and Conga teams with their testing scenariosRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in SAP data management / data migrationSolid understanding of SAP master data (Products, Customers/Accounts, Pricing / Price Lists)Hands-on experience with system integrations and middleware (Mulesoft preferred)Experience supporting SAP → downstream commercial systems integrations (Conga / CPQ highly desirable)Experience supporting mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover activitiesStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsExperience working with Jira or similar ticketing toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skillsDesirablePharmaceutical / Life Sciences project experienceS/4HANA experienceCPQ or commercial systems integration backgroundExperience working in global / multi-affiliate programmes
