We’re Hiring | Analyst – Contract Management SpecialistLocation: ChennaiExperience: 5–7 YearsWe are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to join our ISPL ESM team, supporting the CIB ITO scope. This role is critical in planning, analyzing, and executing the migration of third-party contracts into the group’s target procurement platform, ensuring high data quality, accuracy, and global consistency.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to collect, analyze, and validate contracts and key metrics - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and guide contract owners on contract representation - Execute contract storage, validation, and migration activities with strong attention to detail - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality through gap analysis and validation checks - Build dashboards and reports to provide insights on spend, commercials, and risk exposure - Maintain documentation, contract representation rules, and change management processes - Support ESM processes related to contract, demand, and risk management - Automate quality checks to ensure consistency across all contractsSkills & Competencies- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with global stakeholders - High level of accuracy, logical thinking, and attention to detail - Experience in data migration, contract management, or procurement systems - Ability to identify data quality issues and drive resolutions - Basic understanding of risk management and problem-solving mindset
