Whether you're a technical expert or an entrepreneurial mind, we offer opportunities to grow, innovate, and take on bold challenges.Role SummaryWe need a hands-on engineer who can take our products and platforms and build real working projects end-to-end — from concept → prototype → validation → documentation → tutorials.Products on which projects need to be built can range across laser engravers, drones, robotic arms, humanoids, mobile robots, STEM kits, and programmable boards, 3d simulation software etc.Key Responsibilities1) Project Conceptualization & Use-Case CreationIdentify strong project ideas based on product capabilities and real user needs. Define the complete project flow — what to build, how it works, and what the final demo/output should look like. Evaluate feasibility, required parts, and overall integration effort across hardware, firmware, and software.2) Build, Test & ValidateBuild prototypes end-to-end using our kits, tools, and platforms. Validate every project for usability, reliability, repeatability, clear build steps, and safe operation with expected performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve hardware/software integration based on real build outcomes.3) Documentation + Tutorials (Video + Written)Create clear technical documentation including wiring/setup guides, build steps, code and logic explanation, and troubleshooting notes. Script, record, and edit tutorials that demonstrate the complete build process, validation/testing, and the final working demo output.4) Curriculum / Structured Modules (Optional but Valuable)Convert projects into structured learning modules with defined learning objectives, prerequisites, and outcomes. Where needed, create supporting materials such as activity sheets and assessment rubrics to make the project classroom-ready.Skills & Qualifications Required· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Robotics or related) - Robotics Prefered.· Strong fundamentals in electronics, mechanics, and programming basics.· Strong prototyping mindset and ability to debug independently.· Ability to write clear technical documentation and explain builds simply.Preferred· Experience in STEM education / curriculum creation.· Familiarity with both block-based coding and scripting (Python/C).Deliverables Expected· Working internal project prototypes + repeatable build instructions· Tutorial videos + project documentation pack· Validated use-cases ready for demos, training, and customer execution
