Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document): Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements. Develop and maintain BRDs. Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities. Preparation of FRD (Functional Requirement Document): Define clear project scope and objectives. Prepare FRD as the basis for design and development. Recommend improvements to business processes, systems, and products. Coordinate with developers to ensure business requirements are met. Process Documentation (“As-Is” and “To-Be”): Analyze and document current and future process states. Identify process steps, inputs/outputs, and responsible roles. Use standard notations/symbols and incorporate stakeholder feedback. Smooth Execution of UAT (User Acceptance Testing): Define UAT scope in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed test scenarios and test cases. Support stakeholders during UAT sessions and incorporate feedback.
