JOB DESCRIPTIONCampaign Analyst (Digital Ads)Key Responsibilities• Prepare and share daily client reports covering metrics such as impressions, clicks, video views, reach, placements, and geo-wise data with ≥99% accuracy and 100% on-time delivery.• Manage client queries with prompt acknowledgment (within 30–60 minutes) and resolution within 4 working hours.• Coordinate campaign setup and go-live communications, including setup mails, go-live mails, and post-approval screenshots.• Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, VTR, C2V, C2L, etc.) and identify reporting or performance discrepancies (≥98% accuracy).• Monitor and Track brand safety, IVT and Ad-viewability using tools like IAS, DoubleVerify, Mfilterit, etc; escalate issues within 2 hours.• Ensure daily budget tracking, accurate pacing, and smooth campaign execution (≥99% budget accuracy).Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)•Reporting Accuracy: ≥99%•Reporting Timeliness: 100%•Client Query Resolution: ≤4 working hours•Discrepancy & Brand Safety Accuracy: ≥98%•Budget Accuracy: ≥99%•Escalations: 100% within 2 hours•Zero pacing errorsRequired Skills•High attention to detail with strong analytical ability to work on data-heavy reports.•Working proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and experience with online reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).•Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong cross-team coordination ability.•Ability to work under strict timelines, accuracy benchmarks, and time-sensitive deliverables, and must be flexible to support when required.•Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics and terminology such as Impressions, Clicks, CTR, VTR, CPM, CPC, etc.
