Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Identity and Access Management (IAM)Budget: Up to 30 LPAWork Experience: 10+ and relevant in program Manager: 6+Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice with a maximum of 20 days remaining (serving candidates only)Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication is mandatoryJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager – IAM to lead and manage Identity and Access Management programs and initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM, Program Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira Sprint Management, and Change Management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient IAM operations while driving continuous improvement and successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities1- Program Management● Lead and manage end-to-end IAM programs, ensuring project objectives, scope, timelines, anddeliverables are achieved.● Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.2- Audit & Compliance● Ensure IAM processes comply with relevant regulatory, audit, and security standards.● Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely compliance reporting and remediation.3- Security Management● Partner with security teams to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks.● Implement IAM security best practices and governance frameworks.4- Network & Infrastructure Coordination● Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration and operationof IAM solutions.5- Agile & Jira Management● Use Jira for sprint planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery management.● Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies to drive efficient and predictable project execution.6- Change Management● Lead and manage changes to IAM systems and processes with minimal disruption.● Ensure proper communication, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for changes.7- Stakeholder Management● Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progressupdates, and ensure alignment with program goals.8- Global Collaboration● Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication acrossmultiple time zones.Qualifications & Experience● 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager with strong focus on IAM projects.● Solid understanding of IAM audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.● Strong knowledge of security principles and network infrastructure.● Hands-on experience using Jira for sprint and project management.● In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.● Proven experience in Change Management processes.● Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.● Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across different time zones.Preferred Skills & Certifications● PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications (preferred).● Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, and other related IAM platforms.● Background in enterprise security programs and identity governance is a plus
