You combine technical expertise with a proactive, collaborative mindset—always striving to enhance system efficiency and support high‑touch operational teams.This role is ideal for someone comfortable starting with structured data entry and data hygiene responsibilities and progressively growing into advanced CRM administration, automation, reporting, and system ownership.What You’ll Do• Serve as a key partner to the US IT and Sales teams by managing CRM platforms, databases, and reporting systems with accuracy and consistency • Perform high volume, detail focused data entry, validation, and cleansing to ensure system integrity • Maintain data hygiene standards and conduct regular audits for completeness and accuracy • Manage CRM workflows, user access, configurations, automations, and integrations aligned with business needs • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, or similarly structured platforms, such as Salesforce, Cobalt, or Protech. • Generate high accuracy daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership and cross functional teams • Build, audit, and maintain dashboards and data models to support decision making • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and system issues with urgency and precision • Document processes, maintain SOPs, and contribute to improvements in data governance • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize tools, reporting, and automation • Maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards when handling sensitive informationYour Experience• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline • 5 plus years of experience in database management, CRM administration, data operations, or similar technical roles • Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce required • Experience supporting CRM systems from foundational data entry through advanced configuration and reporting • Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and reporting tools • Strong command of Microsoft Office 365, especially advanced Excel • Proven ability to maintain high data accuracy, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies efficiently • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced remote environment • Clear written and verbal communication skills in a global team settingBonus Traits• Experience leading CRM enhancements, migrations, or workflow redesigns • Experience creating executive level dashboards and performance summaries • Familiarity with automation tools and system integrations, especially HubSpot, SharePoint, and Microsoft Graph • Tech forward mindset with comfort using AI tools and digital collaboration platforms • Proactive problem-solving approach with strong attention to detailLocationThis role is based is based in India (a remote working role requiring high speed internet access).This position is an evening shift with a flexible start time, but mandatory online hours occurring from 7pm to 1am, Monday through Friday.Join Us Ready to help craft journeys of a lifetime?Apply now and be part of a team that turns dreams into reality for travellers across the globe. Send your CVs to: tnaidu@ Please attach a cover letter explaining why you’re a great fit for this role—or how your skills make you uniquely suited for it.
