Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager in Real Estate, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales and revenue for real estate projects, and guiding customers throughout their real estate journey. This includes initiating client outreach, understanding their requirements, conducting property visits, negotiating deals, and ensuring client satisfaction during the transaction process. Qualifications Strong skills in sales and customer relationship managementProven ability in communication, negotiation, and problem-solvingKnowledge of the real estate market and customer-centric selling strategiesExperience in team management and performance monitoring to achieve targetsAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environmentProficiency with CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
